WHEN TALENT MEETS OPPORTUNITY

Welcome to the Shropshire Telford & Wrekin Apprenticeship Awards

We shine a spotlight on the county’s rising stars… apprentices who go above and beyond, and the employers who support and champion their growth.

The awards celebrate the power of opportunity, resilience, and the transformative impact of vocational learning across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin.

From engineering to education, hospitality to healthcare, apprenticeships are shaping the future of our workforce.

Behind every success story is a mentor, a business, a team that believed in potential – and helped it flourish.

Whether you’re an apprentice making waves, an employer investing in the next generation, or a training provider delivering excellence, this is your platform.

We’re not just recognising achievement… we’re raising aspirations.

Let’s celebrate what happens when talent meets opportunity. Welcome to the awards that put apprentices – and their champions – centre stage.

ABOUT THE ORGANISERS

The Shropshire Telford & Wrekin Apprenticeship Awards are run in association with Shropshire Business Live TV, which will be filming and broadcasting the event – and making footage available to all winners and sponsors.

The awards are totally independent, and not affiliated or associated to any business support organisations or local authorities. They are organised by award-winning media and events professionals with years of experience running major awards across the UK.
